Getting Started

The initial consultation is the first step in the business planning process and provides prospective CWA clients with the ability to learn about our company, philosophies, and unique business plan development process.  During a collaborative 30 minute conversation, one of CWA’s Managing Directors will help refine your business planning needs in detail, learn about your business model, and begin to develop marketing, operational, financial, and growth strategies for your business model.  Once this consultation is complete, CWA will develop a detailed business plan outline and fixed price quote at no charge.

Fast Quote

CWA’s Fast Quote service provides busy executives and entrepreneurs the opportunity to conduct the initial consultation via the Internet as their schedule allows. CWA designed the Fast Quote Online Questionnaire to extract the key components of the business model in a simplified format in order to develop the business plan outline.  After the questionnaire has been submitted, one of CWA's Managing Directors will review your responses and develop a customized outline and engagement letter for your business plan. If the Managing Director needs further elaboration or would like to discuss your business model, he will contact you for additional information.
