Jerome M. Seelig, Managing Director

Mr. Seelig is a renowned executive with over 25 years of senior management experience increasing shareholder value for clients by applying his expertise in raising capital, competitive positioning, business planning, strategic partnering, and mergers/acquisitions. As the founder of the business incubator Technology Illinois, and throughout his career, Mr. Seelig has implemented capital funding and growth strategies suited to the special needs of start up businesses and the demands of emerging market opportunities. Most recently, Mr. Seelig served as Director of Business Development for SRC Devices, a manufacturer and distributor of electro-mechanical components. At SRC, he implemented a plan that led to the highly profitable sale of one the business units while recruiting one of the world's leading electronics components entrepreneurs as an investor and active consultant. Prior to SRC, Mr. Seelig served for several years as the Managing Director of the Kriegsman Group, a Los Angeles based capital procurement firm where he focused on securing private placements for start-up and early stage companies. Prior to this, he served for several years as the President of Pine Wood Securities Corporation, a Chicago-based Investment bank where he assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, organizational development and marketing efforts. Mr. Seelig has advised a variety of venture funds, sub debt lenders, and banks and has served on a wide variety of corporate, not for profit, and foundation boards of directors.

Mr. Seelig earned a Master's Degree from Harvard University in Economics and Public Policy after completing his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois.
