Justin C. Sterling, Managing Director

Mr. Sterling has an impressive record of developing and implementing strategic planning in a broad array of industry in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Sterling served honorably in the United States Navy, earning numerous meritorious awards, medals, and commendations for his work in anti-terrorism planning, coordination of high-profile conferences featuring the Chief of Naval Operations, and operational support of both the NCIS and the United States Secret Service, most notably for the Deputy Secretary of Defense and Former First Lady, Nancy Reagan. Prior to his service in the military, Mr. Sterling was a co-founder and General Partner of JumpStart Capital Resources, a full service business plan writing and strategic consulting firm where he specialized in new business development and business plan development for start-up and early stage companies in the technology and service sectors. Prior to JumpStart Capital Resources, Mr. Sterling served as an independent business development consultant focusing on assisting companies to successfully transition from established traditional business models into Internet based operations. Mr. Sterling assisted in raising financing capital and subsequently served on the Board of Advisors and held senior executive positions for several of his clients. Mr. Sterling began his business career as an associate Media Buyer at Initiative Media Worldwide, the nation's largest advertising agency.

Mr. Sterling earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Redlands.
