VC & Angel Network Introduction Services

We collect a retainer of up-front fees based upon a three-month period of submission and follow-up with investment parties.  Because we operate as a submission services and not as a broker-dealer, we do not collect any back-end commissions related to the success of capital being raised, which, in many cases, can be beneficial to the company that is securing capital.

If your capital requirements suggest a private placement between $100,000 and $500,000, CWA will typically recommend our angel network submission services. Our fee schedule for these services is an unprecedented $500-$1000 per month on a 3 month retainer basis, which engages CWA to submit your business plan to every angel network in our database whose investment criteria corresponds with your business model. We will typically identify ten to twenty angel networks that are appropriate to submit your business plan to, which is partially determined by your Company's geographic location.

If your capital requirements suggest a private placement in excess of $500,000, CWA recommends our business plan submission services to both venture capital firms and angel networks. Our fee schedule for this comprehensive procurement solution is again an industry best $1000-4500 per month on a 3 month retainer basis. We will typically identify 50-200 venture capital firms and 10-20 angel networks whose investment criteria matches the parameters of your business model. The most common industries for venture capital investments include: health care, medical devices, media, software, real estate, Internet, communications, biotechnology, business services, and emerging technologies. Investment criteria of venture capital firms typically includes amount of capital required, the industry, stage of growth, and geographic location of the company.

CWA collects on a 3 month retainer basis with a minimum of engagement of $3000 ($1000 per month) based upon a cost of $20 per Venture Capital firm per month (1st 100 Venture Capital Firms), $15 per Venture Capital Firm (Over 100 Venture Capital Firms) and $50 per Angel Network per month.
