Our Strategic Growth Consulting engagements begin with a Total Business Assessment (TBA)™ , which is a short term, intensive, on-site review of your company's business functions, including:

The Total Business Assessment ™ will include a thoroughly developed action plan designed to provide recommendations for improving your firm's sales channels and commercial strategies, brand management, human resources and key management hires, financial systems, cost controls, marketing and promotional relationships, strategic alliances, and provides a tactical plan for management during the course of the most important phase of your company's lifecycle.

The Total Business Assessment ™ service will typically fall within the price range of $7000 to $12,000. Upon interest, we will prepare an engagement letter which includes a fixed price quote based upon the estimated amount of labor that we will need to provide to perform a thorough assessment of your business and develop an ‘action plan'. We also bill the minimal actual cost reimbursement for basic travel expenses outside of the major metropolitan areas served by our various office locations. (typically between $1000 and $1800 depending upon location and proximity to major airports).

Any additional consulting services are billed at standard CWA consulting hourly rates with discounts given for longer commitments.
