Unique Elements of a Restaurant Business Plan

The market section of a restaurant business plan should include national market data on the specific restaurant category of the business, a target consumer profile, and demographic information of the particular city that the restaurant will operate in.  The profile of direct competitors should focus on a small radius (typically 5 to 15 miles) and include nearby restaurants that operate in the same category.  The operational plan should plan the several operational process of a restaurant and identify the several vendors of the restaurant.  A restaurant business plan is typically approximately 40 to 45 pages in length.  Restaurant business plans typically range from $2500 to $3500 to develop a full business plan.
