CWA assigns a team of two Managing Directors and one Associate to every business plan. To ensure the highest satisfaction rate in the industry, CWA specifically identifies the deliverables based upon the proposed business plan outline and further guarantees your satisfaction by implementing additional suggestions and revisions at no additional cost. CWA business plans typically range from 40 to 80 pages in length depending upon the sophistication of the business model (including a 3-6 pp executive summary and 9-10 pp of detailed Excel financial statements) and the following are a few attributes that characterize CWA’s business planning process:

Each business plan is stylistically enhanced and incorporates relevant photographs, charts, graphs, and company logos. The financial statements are detailed and developed on a 5 year basis with monthly and quarterly detail.
Satisfaction Warranty: Capital West Advisors allows each client 2 rounds of modifications whereby the client can suggest modifications to the narrative and financial & growth assumptions. The first round of modifications follows the delivery of the preliminary business plan where CWA will implement any and all modifications that the client suggests and the second round is upon the delivery of the completed business plan, executive summary, and financial statements where the client typically has 2 weeks to suggest modifications. (Clients with existing plans or expedited plans can elect to forego the initial round of modification, but still have 2 weeks where CWA will implement all suggested modifications at no additional cost.)
Outstanding Market Research: While the majority of business planning firms must rely on the Internet to spend countless hours looking for market research, CWA maintains several 1st party and 3rd party subscription to leading market research databases, allowing CWA to access the most comprehensive and recent market data and research that is available.
Industry Expertise: CWA maintains a truly comprehensive team of experts and, no matter what the industry, CWA has at least 1 or 2 Managing Directors, which is truly an expert in that industry that it will place onto the development of the business plan. A CWA Managing Director is fully responsible for developing the capital requirements, financial assumptions, growth assumptions, financial statements, operational growth plan, and marketing strategy of each business plan.
