VC & Angel Network Introduction Services

CWA has an extensive network of upper echelon investors, which is presently comprised of over 850 venture capital firms and 90 angel networks representing thousands of accredited investors across the nation. Our investment capital services consist of all of the following activities

VC & Angel Network Identification: CWA identifies the venture capital firms and angel networks in our database, whose investment criteria aligns with your business model. We will indicate how many firms and networks this amounts to. The average company will meet the investment criteria of 100-200 venture capital firms and 10-20 angel networks. After we have identified the number of venture capital firms and angel networks that we can submit your business plan to, you will be able to elect how many venture capital firms and angel networks you would like to submit your business plan to.  We will price you accordingly (see Our Pricing – Capital Raising)

VC & Angel Network Submission: Upon engagement, we will provide you with a list of every firm and network that we will submit your business plan, executive summary, and letter of investment consideration to.

VC & Angel Network Follow-up: After we submit your information to these investment parties, an associate will follow-up diligently for a period of up to three months to make a strong effort to ensure that someone at the venture capital firm reviews your plan and that angel networks have forwarded your plan to all appropriate angel investors in their network and considered it for periodic meetings or post your plan on their website. The Associate will be available to discuss your business model with investors and will refer all interested investment parties to our Managing Director to discuss your business model on a more thorough and sophisticated basis. Ultimately, our Managing Director will try to schedule a meeting between the investment party and your team or will put the investor in contact with your team.

Financing Advisory Consulting: Our Managing Director will be available for billed consulting to attend meetings, prepare you for meetings, discuss meetings, assist you with negotiations, review financing strategies, discuss various debt & equity structures, and any other consulting needed prior to successfully raising capital.
