CWA’s mission is to provide high quality business plan writing & capital introduction services at the best prices in the industry.

VC & Angel Network Introduction

CWA has developed an extensive network of investors over the years, which is comprised of over 1000 venture capital firms, 100 Angel networks (each include 50 to 400 private individual investors), and many private investors. For clients seeking $250,000 to $2 million, we typically recommend Angel Network submission (along with some Venture Capital submission for particular clients). For clients seeking $2 million and up, we typically recommend Venture Capital submission. Our services are truly extensive as we submit your business plan to every appropriate venture capital firm and Angel Network in the United States and follow-up very extensively and strategically to ensure that someone at each firm or network has reviewed your opportunity. Upon interest, we forward the investor’s contact information to your management team.

Our investment capital services consist of the following activities:

Identification:

CWA identifies each and every appropriate venture capital firm and/or angel network in the United States from our database, whose investment criteria aligns with your business model. The average company will meet the investment criteria of 100 to 200 venture capital firms or 10 to 20 angel networks. Once we have identified the number of venture capital firms and angel networks that we can submit your business plan to, you will be able to elect how many venture capital firms and angel networks that you would like to submit your business plan to.

Leave your info for a Managing Director to Contact You

Submission:

Upon engagement, we will provide you with a list of every firm and network that we will submit your business plan, executive summary, and letter of investment consideration to. For Angel Networks, we will typically also need to develop a few 1 to 4 page applications on your behalf.

Follow-up:

After we submit your information to these investment parties, an Associate will follow-up diligently for a period of at least three months to ensure that someone at the venture capital firm reviews your plan and that angel networks have forwarded your plan to all appropriate angel investors in their network and considered it for periodic meetings; as well as posting the plan on their website. Upon any significant investor interest, we will forward the interested investors' contact information to the Management team and try to schedule a conference call.  As we are not a broker-dealer, we do not negotiate with investors, draft investment documentation, or represent you in any way throughout an investment transaction.

Our Pricing:

CWA offers one of the most competitive pricing structures for a truly extensive and comprehensive capital introduction campaign. CWA collects on a 3 month retainer basis based upon a cost of $20 per Venture Capital firm per month for the first 100 VC firms, $15 per Venture Capital Firm over 100 VC firms, and $75 per Angel Network per month.

These three examples provide a good illustration of our fixed up-front pricing fees:

Monthly Cost 3-Month Retainer

10 Angel Networks $750 $2250

50 Venture Capital firms $1000 $3000

100 Venture Capital firms $2000 $6000

150 Venture Capital firms $2750 $8250

Advisory Consulting:

For clients seeking to raise capital, Capital West Advisors' Managing Directors and Advisor/Consultants are available to render advisory consulting services regarding the financing, strategic planning, and growth of the client company. These advisory consulting services are typically targeted towards advising the company throughout the financing process so that it is worthy of securing capital and are often performed at no up-front cost in exchange for a minor equity stake in the client company.
