Advisory Board Placement
In certain situations, Capital West Advisors will be willing to place a qualified individual onto the advisory board of a client company. This advisory member will offer value-added advice regarding the strategic planning, operational planning, development, and growth of the client company. These advisory services are offered on a 12 month basis and the advisor will typically offer these services in exchange for a minor equity stake in the client company. If the client company has not yet raised capital, these advisory services will be targeted towards taking the necessary steps to start a company and building a solid foundation that is worthy of securing capital for and starting a company. After raising capital, the focus of the advisory services becomes taking the necessary steps to successfully launch and grow the client company.
During the 12 months, the client company will be allowed to use the name & likeness of the advisor on their business plan and marketing materials. The advisory board member will be available for a minimum of 10 hours per month to perform these services for a period of 12 months.

relationships, strategic alliances, and provides a tactical plan for
management during the course of the most important phase of your company's
lifecycle
